What rating do I use
In order to offer you a correct quotation, it is important that you use the right conditions. An example of the conditions can be found at our page: condition guidelines. If you are not sure what condition to use, you can contact support or visit any EGTIP store for help.
Where can I deliver my old clubs
You can hand in your clubs at any EGTIP trade-in partner.
How to send my clubs to Egtip
You can send your golf equipment to EGTIP Netherlands stating “Trade-in”.

When do I receive payment
You will receive payment after your golf articles have been received and checked by an EGTIP employee. This usually takes 2 to 3 days after delivery.
I used the wrong rating
Any doubts about you indicated the correct rating? No problem, we assess each club upon entry and contact you if there is a change. If you prefer to contact us, have a look at our support page.
Does Egtip sell golfclubs
It is not possible to buy golf clubs directly from us. If you are interested in a new club, we recommend that you visit a Golf Club Trader store.
